When you submit a form on this site, we collect:

- Your ZIP code

- Anything you choose to write in the optional notes field

If you go on to work with us, we will collect additional information needed to compare and enroll you in a plan — such as your date of birth, Medicare number, current medications, and the doctors you want to keep. That information is collected directly from you during your consultation, not through this website.

If we use Google Analytics, that data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
What we do not collect on this website
This website does not ask for and should not be used to send your Social Security number, Medicare Beneficiary Identifier, financial account numbers, or detailed medical records. Please share that information by phone or in person instead.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling Richard during any call, or emailing rich@medicarehealthplanz.com.
We record the date and time you gave consent, along with the page you submitted from, as part of our compliance records.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with lead-generation companies or unaffiliated marketers.
We share information only in these situations:
- Insurance carriers — when you ask us to submit a quote or enrollment application on your behalf.
- Service providers — vendors that operate this site on our behalf, such as our web host and our form-processing provider (Formspree). They may only use your information to provide that service to us.
- Legal and regulatory — when required by law, subpoena, or a request from CMS, a state department of insurance, or another regulator.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — which is why we ask you not to send sensitive identifiers through the website forms.
8. How long we keep it
If you contact us but do not enroll, we retain your inquiry for a reasonable period in case you follow up. If you enroll in a plan through us, we retain your records for as long as required by carrier agreements and state and federal insurance regulations — generally at least ten years — and then dispose of them securely.
9. Your choices and rights
- Access or correction — ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to fix it.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
- Opt out of contact — tell Richard, reply STOP to a text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

10. Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults, primarily people approaching or enrolled in Medicare. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

This site links to Medicare.gov and may link to insurance carrier websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — please review their policies separately.
12. Changes to this policy
